Only Beltone offers Belcare. The BelCare commitment covers every step of the hearing process ensuring a lifetime of care to patients who own a Beltone. As a part of the BelCare plan patients receive:
*30-day refund policy ( less applicable fees)
*Lifetime follow-up care at any Beltone location nationwide.
*2 year hearing loss change protection
Beltone recognizes the importance of partnering with the patient's physician to ensure their overall health. Generally, a physician who refers a patient to Beltone will be informed as to the results of the examination and the decision of the patient to get help or not.
Advanced Products
Beltone offers an extensive line of hearing aids, including a complete line of digital and digitally programmable instruments. These hearing instruments range in size from the tiny completely-in-the-canal (CIC) product to behind-the-ear (BTE) products.
Beltone also has a specialized program called SelectaFit, which utilizes a sophisticated algorithm to automatically calculate the optimum power, gain, microphone, appropriate options and trimmer settings for a great fit.
In addition, Beltone has developed a revolutionary patient-focused fitting system, called Beltone AVE. (Audio Verification Environment). Beltone AVE. is a proprietary software system that uses the latest technology to create highly accurate virtual sound environments with Dolby Pro-Logic recordings and a mutimedia speaker system. Beltone AVE not only enhances the fitting of patient's hearing instruments, but it allows a 3rd party to experience hearing loss and the benefit of amplification throught its hearing loss simulation feature.
